AWA Refiners was formed in 1991 and is based in Harlow, Essex with excellent links to the M1 M25 and M11.

Steven Warrin, Director of Trading, David Ali, Technical Director and Stuart Satchell, Operations Manager have over 70 years collective experience in precious metal and electronic recycling. AWA Refiners have an efficient staff operating their two high security facilities with 24-hour man guarding security at their environmentally licensed sites. The refinery handles all grades of gold, silver and platinum group metals, and is one of the leading companies processing obsolete computer boards.

Both melting and chemical processing methods are used with an on site laboratory for analysis.

The nationwide collection service provides a next day delivery for high value packages. Larger loads are handled by the company fleet vehicles or National carriers (carriers licence number ESS/314113).
